Who is it for?
Individual professionals preparing for a one-to-one, performance review, or career-development conversation. Your employer has no dashboard or automatic access to your work.
Do I need a growth plan?
No. A work example needs only a short summary. Growth areas and actions are optional tools for putting feedback into practice.
Can I try it without an account?
Yes. The inline sample below uses fictional work and resets on reload. It does not save your entries or create an account. A connected account saves your examples and reports privately.
What can I take into a conversation?
A report with the work examples you select, recorded outcomes, user-reported feedback, your perspective and a next step. Copy it, download Markdown, or print it and choose Save as PDF in your browser.
What is available today?
This local/staging version supports verified accounts, work examples, optional growth planning, Insights and career reports. The seven-day preview limits new work after expiry; existing examples, corrections and reports remain available. Payments, reminders, reviewed guidance and account-wide export/deletion are not available yet. Use fictional details during testing.
