Kioni helps individual professionals keep work examples, add observed outcomes and received feedback, and prepare private career reports. Growth areas and actions are optional.

These are draft terms for local/staging testing. Operator details and launch-market requirements must be completed before a public service is offered. Use fictional work during testing.

Connected registration and sign-in use the configured identity provider. Email verification is required before Kioni provisions a private workspace. Your saved examples, corrections, growth areas, actions and reports persist in the connected database.

The inline sample is a separate demonstration. Its entries stay in page memory and reset on reload. Browser theme and storage-notice preferences are separate from saved work.

You retain rights in the content you enter. Kioni uses it to provide the features you request; it does not claim ownership or employer access. Optional AI analysis requires its own permission and an explicit selected-context request. See the privacy policy.

The connected seven-day preview starts once when Kioni provisions your verified identity. After expiry, new work examples and planning actions are restricted. You can still read and correct existing examples, delete individual examples, and prepare or export career reports from existing evidence.

No payment, subscription, automatic renewal, reminder delivery or reviewed-guidance service is available in this milestone. Account-wide portability and account deletion are also not implemented. This testing release may change or be interrupted; keep your own copy of work you need.

You choose the work examples included in each report. Observed outcomes, user-reported feedback, your narrative and your next step remain distinct. A completed action is an attempt, not independent proof of competence.

Changing or deleting a selected example requires report review before export. Copy, Markdown download and browser print use a validated composition; print can be saved as a PDF through your browser. Previously downloaded or copied files remain under your control and cannot be recalled.

This preview is intended for people aged 16 or older who can use it lawfully. Obtain any permission required in your jurisdiction. Follow workplace rules and do not enter real confidential information, secrets, or personal information about colleagues during testing.

Do not use the service unlawfully, impersonate others, infringe rights, introduce malware, disrupt availability, or bypass access restrictions. Nothing here restricts rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

No promotion, employment, salary or other career outcome is guaranteed. Reports reflect selected records and your perspective. Optional AI output can be wrong and does not make employment or competence decisions. Use your own judgment and qualified advice when appropriate.

Nothing in these draft terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Operator details, applicable law, rights procedures and any permitted liability terms must be finalized for the intended launch markets. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed here.
